LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements | Review
This post contains PR/gifted items, no paid content. All opinions are my own

Hello everyone! I have got myself back blogging again after a busy few weeks of moving home and then being struck down with the sickness bug, thankfully we are settled now and I am feeling so much better now. When it comes to my blog posts I like to share variety and that's where today's blog post comes in as I was kindly sent  a 30 day supply of LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements to give a whirl

I have seen these around quite a lot on social media so I have been pretty excited to give these a try for myself since I am rather fussy when it comes to supplements.

LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements | Review
These liquid health supplements are easier to absorb and digest. They are also scientifically formulated for skin, hair and nails and the ingredients are bases of that which are the following;  7000mg Marine collagen ( a natural protein and a key building block for the skin), hyaluronic acid (known as natures natural moisturiser), biotin ( contributes to normal maintenance of hair, skin and nails), resveratrol  ( a key beauty ingredient derived from grapes)+ 5 other active ingredients

Now when it comes to taking supplement tablets i can't say I'm a fan because I really don't like the texture but when it comes to this it's much more pleasant. All you need to do is have one of these 50ml bottles rather than taking a variety of different supplements for different needs, this is all you need as it is highly concentrated and has more ingredients than 10+ pills.

Even though it has marine collagen ( for me can taste a little fishy quite often than not) this was rather pleasant and has more of fruity sweet taste rather than a mouthful of fish oils.
After trying them for over 2 weeks I did find that my hair grew back a bit faster than expected and my skin felt a little more radiant but I am not just boiling it down to just this I think its fine line of more self-care as I make sure my skincare routine is in order, I drink more water and I sleep better. I find that these things fabulous addiction along with other things.

Prices start at a 10 day supply costing £29.99 which includes 10 50ml bottles. The price of one being £2.99 a day. The more you buy the less it would cost daily as many products do.

Where can I find LQ liquid supplements?

  1. Oooh, I've been searching around for skin, hair, and nail supplements, actually! It's interesting how you already noticed a difference just after 2 weeks. I think that's pretty great!

  2. I’ve never tried supplements like this for my hair and skin, but I’d be keen to give them a go!
