Lush Deep Sleep Bath Bomb | Review

Lush Deep Sleep Bath Bomb | Review
I have had my eyes on this bath bomb from Lush for a while now as for me it has some witch/magic vibes to it which I just love! The first thing you will notice about Lush Deep Sleep is that it's not like the usual baht bombs at Lush, this one is wrapped with biodegradable muslin cloth and string.

This bath bomb is designed to help you get a better night sleep with its blend of lavender, chamomile and neroli oil. The blend infuses kinda like a tea bag in the water.

First things first, I dont sleep amazingly and some nights are worse than others when getting a good nights kip, so giving this a try was something I thought that would be worth it to get a comfy and relaxing sleep at night time.

First things first, I dont sleep amazingly and some nights are worse than others when getting a good nights kip, so giving this a try was something I thought that would be worth it to get a comfy and relaxing sleep at night time.

Below is the list of ingredients. The ones in green are natural ingredients and the grey is safe synthetics. Lush is a cruelty-free brand and Deep sleep is also vegan-friendly too.

Ingredients
Sodium Bicarbonate Citric Acid, Lavender Flowers, German Chamomile Flowers, Lavender Oil Chamomile Oil, Lavender Absolute Neroli Oil, Water (Aqua) Dipropylene Glycol *Linalool Perfume Colour 17200, Colour 42090

As you can see by the ingredients that this bath bomb is very floral based with dried flowers inside it too. Once I opened up the muslin you could actually see the dried flowers inside which for me added more good vibes to deep sleep.

As I usually do with my bath bombs, I pop this under warm running water. I love how deep sleep infuses into the bathwater, it doesn't infuse with the water fast, it slowly does during the bath which I think is a rather nice feature. The bath went into a lovely lilac purple and had some of the dried flower petals floating around. It smelt like I was sitting in a lavender filed, gorgeous! Not only was the smell lovely but also rather relaxing too.

After my bath even though smelt like lavender I decided to use the Lush Sleepy Body Lotion and Feather & Down pillow spray also to see if they could help me have a better nights sleep. I did feel a tad bit more relaxed in bed, but as for sleeping better hmmm I am unsure about that because some nights I sleep like a brick and others im stirring till 3am. Using these 3 I slept at a decent time of just after midnight so I am happy with that.
